The upgraded digital platform consolidates product information, clinical cases, scientific data and research publications into one location, replacing the previous model where information was scattered across regional distributors.

Streamlined navigation and integrated educational resources

The redesigned website features enhanced search functionality and reorganised content to help users locate information more efficiently. Educational resources have been integrated directly into the platform, including product knowledge, clinical application guidance and digital workflow training. The site now offers on-demand webinars and schedules for upcoming seminars, providing continuous access to updated educational content. HASSBIO has also integrated the Institute of Dental Glass Ceramics platform, which offers advanced educational content focused on materials science and clinical application of HASSBIO products.

Direct access to products and specifications

The new global online shop, called HASmall, provides a centralised purchasing platform and product information hub. Previously, dental professionals relied on regional distributors to access product information and specifications. The online shop allows practitioners worldwide to explore HASSBIO's complete product portfolio and material specifications directly, enabling them to identify and select appropriate solutions without intermediary involvement. HASSBIO stated that the redesign represents a strategic step towards strengthening global customer engagement and creating a user-centred information hub, with plans to continue expanding its digital channels.
