A DT Study Club symposium on artificial intelligence and digital dentistry drew more than 3,900 registered participants for a full day of online continuing education. The event explored how AI is transforming clinical workflows across multiple disciplines, from diagnostics and treatment planning to practice management.

AI applications covered in the symposium

The programme presented clinically relevant perspectives and practical approaches to integrating AI-driven tools into everyday practice. Expert-led sessions covered AI-supported aligner therapy, enhanced clinical decision-making in implant and restorative dentistry, and the growing role of digitalisation, cloud-based collaboration and automated design in prosthetic workflows. Participants could attend live or watch sessions on demand.

Continuing education and future symposia

Dental professionals who attended or watch the sessions on demand can obtain three continuing education credits after successfully completing a quiz. The DT Study Club symposium series continues with upcoming online events: CAD/CAM technologies on 22 May and 3D printing on 19 June. Registration for these upcoming symposia is free of charge.
