What was corrected
The author affiliations for all four authors have been updated to reflect their correct institutional positions. Mandlin Abdulaziz Almousa's affiliations now list the Division of Oral Medicine and Dentistry at Brigham and Women's Hospital, Boston; the Department of Oral Medicine, Infection and Immunity at Harvard School of Dental Medicine, Boston; the Oral Medicine and Oral Oncology Service at Dana Farber Cancer Institute, Boston; and the Department of Basic Sciences at College of Dentistry, Princess Nourah Bint Abdulrahman University, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Kedkanya Mesil's affiliation is listed as the Institute of Dentistry at Suranaree University of Technology, Nakhon Ratchasima, Thailand. Piamkamon Vacharotayangul and Herve Sroussi's affiliations include the three Boston institutions.
Figure legend update
The legend for Figure 1 was also corrected. The revised description states that the image shows a 1.5 cm ulceration covered by a yellow pseudomembrane on the right side of the tongue, and diffuse erythema with Wickham striae on the right buccal mucosa.
